Reactive Blue H3RP
Manufacturer & Exporter of Dyes and Dye-Intermediates Pioneers of Reactive Blue P3R/Blue H3RP/Blue PN2R
Introduction
Reactive Blue H3RP manufacturers
Reactive Blue P3R Manufacturers Due to the low reactivity of these dyes the print paste stability in presence of alkali is very good, Secondly due to low substantivity the hydrolysed dyes have the least tendency to stain adjacent white portion in the print hence very useful in printing.
Process : Mix dye powder with Urea & pour hot water at 80-85° C & stirr well to dissolve. Add this solutions to Sodium Alignate thickening paster containing resist salt, stirr well to mix. Just before printing add Sodium Bicarbonate.
Print & dry. Avoid overdrying & protect the printed goods from acid or reducing fumes. Steam dried goods for 5-8 mins. on rapid ager or 15 to 20 mins. on star ager.
